Even with completing Karen before the Strict Press, no PR :( Tried the 40-35-30-25-20 rep scheme with only 5 seconds of rest between sets. Need to increase rep speed or decrease the number of sets. Strict Press: 135,140,145,150,155#(2-1) / 3X10 Bicep Curls with 30,35, and 40# dumbbells.
