Lucky Ticket

So the past couple weeks we’ve been doing the Hero WOD’s as partners and I think that’s the way we will leave it the remainder of the “Year of the Hero” Programming. Catchy name, huh?? So if the problem was the workouts are just way too much, no better time than now to meet someone new or try being a partner with Ian to see what it’s like to step up the intensity to weird noise making levels with only half the work in front of you! Point is make no excuses as to why not to do the workout but solutions as to how to make it specific and special to you (that’s what we do fyi). I hope to see you all tomorrow.
