Legatron

Spending many years at small and large “traditional gyms” the one thing that sticks out the most is within the traditional gyms there is a lot of staring and not a lot of talking unlike here where classes often take a few extra minutes due to it. As I sit here and write this I’m currently watching 8 different conversations occurring amongst everyone within the gym and I sure am glad that we have a place to socialize other than bars. Come and socialize with us anytime.

2.) 10 minute EMOM
Odd: 10 Dip & Drive @ 70% 1 RM Push Press
Even: 5 Push Press @ 70%
3.) 5 rounds

10 Bent Over Dumbbell Bent Over Row (2 dbs)

Session 2:
– Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds
20m Sandbag Carry 150/100 (bearhug)
20m Kettlebell Farmer Carry 2/1.5 pood (2 kbs)
– 5 x 3 Snatch Pull @ 105%
Note: keep rest under 2 minutes
– 7 minute AMRAP
3 Freestanding Handstand Push-up
20’ Handstand Walk
