-Odd: 5-10 Slow, controlled Hanging Lat Pushaways
-Even: ME Hanging L-Sit/Knee Raise

Metcon:
5 Rounds
5 Strict Deficit Handstand Pushups 45/25lb plates
1 Back Squat 315/205lbs (70% 1RM)
-Add one rep to Back Squat each round

Accessory Work:
100 Cals bike/row/ski for time (every min – 2 sandbag cleans 100#)

So todayโ€™s WOD raises the question: whats better; scaled or 1 rep at RX? Did strict HSPU (no deficit) and 245# BS (70%) in 23 minutes or I did 1 deficit HSPU rx in 6.9 seconds ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿง๐Ÿค” Who wants to join me in a 30 day strict HSPU challenge?! I need to get better..๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ
