Things were going so well until The first round of K2E. Every 90 sec for 6 rounds: 1 push press + 2 split jerks @ 135. 5x5 back squats w/ 1 sec pause in basement (135-175). Every 1:15x10 10 pushups + 10 sit ups/10 v-ups
