The last class of the day this Friday will be 12:30pm, then we will be closing at 1:30pm to set up for The Ice Bowl!
This Saturday the gym will be closed to host our annual winter competition, The Ice Bowl!
If you’d like to come spectate, show up anytime between 9am-2pm!

Skill/Strength:
Every 3:30 for 3 Rounds
6 Back Squats @80%

Metcon: 3 Rounds
5 Wall Walks
21 Front Squats 75/55lbs
70 Double Unders
When finished with three rounds, go right into
30 Power Clean and Jerks 75/55lbs
20 min Cap

Accessory Work:
Every 2:30 for 4 Rounds
2 Snatch @80%

Mobility:
2 min calf smash
2 min barbell quad smash
