Skill/Strength:
Every 1:30 for 5 Rounds
3 Power Snatch at 70%
3 Power Snatch at 75%
2 Power Snatch at 80%
2 Power Snatch at 85%

Metcon:
Every 2 minutes until failure do:
10 Toes to Bar
10 Thrusters 95/65lbs
-Add 2 Toes to Bar and 2 Thrusters each round
-Scale to accomplish at a minimum 3 rounds, stop if you make it through the round of 20 of each

Accessory Work:
Every 2:30 for 5 Rounds
Bench Press 1×4 at 77% 1RM
Bench Press 1×4 at 80% 1RM
Bench Press 1×3 at 82% 1RM
Bench Press 1×3 at 85% 1RM
Bench Press 1×2 at 87% 1RM

Mobility:
3 min quad smash per side
3 min lat smash per side
