Lithuanian Heavy Draught

Memorial Day will have limited hours from 8-Noon on the East side gym only. West gym is closed.
We will be hosting our annual Murph workout that is open to all members and their families! The workout takes around an hour so plan accordingly to make sure you’re done by 12:00pm!

Super scaled ww, 135# deads, bent over db rows (40# each) and 20” box push-ups. Have to scale so much that I wanted to do 11 rds with no rest, but glad Sam talked me into 30 sec rest per rd. It was just enough to get a good workout
