2: Up to 6 Power Snatches at 60%
3: Up to 10 Front Squats with Barbell Above
4: Rest
5: Up to 18/16 Cal Row
6: Up to 60 Double Unders
7: Up to 15 Wallballs 20/14lbs
8: Rest
-The intent of this EMOM is to do a lot of common movements from the Open, but not make you super sore for any of them. Keep the intensity low-moderate, and the volume low-moderate for your capacity as well.
-If youβre not signed up for the Open/donβt need to worry about the volume, try to max out these numbers for each minute
