1.) Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes Back Squat
4 (sets)  x 5 (reps) @ 70%
1 x 3 @ 75%
2 x 2 @ 80%
1 x 1 @90%

4 Minutes to build to a 1-RM Snatch
When the running clock reaches 5:00…
1-Mile Run – Time Trial
Before the running clock reaches 19:00…
Establish a 1-RM Snatch
*3.) Every 2:30 minutes for 5 rounds
5 deficit deadlift @ 65% (use depth that allows you to maintain that loaded top)
*4.) 10 min EMOM
Odd: 3 Behind the Neck Split Jerk from Blocks
Even: 5 Wide Grip Strict Chest to Bar Pull-ups (as wide of a grip that allows you to touch chest)
*5.) 3 rounds
15 Weighted Hip Extension
15 Reverse Hyper
