1.) EMOM for 10 min. 1 Snatch (pause approx 2 inches above floor) + 1 Overhead Squat 70% 1RM
2.) Drive
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes rest 1 minute between rounds
20 Deadlift 95/65lb
ME Hang Power Clean 95/65lb
3.) 4 rounds
25 Box Jumps 24/20”
Run 400m
4.) 10 rounds
With a partner
10 cal Assault Bike (each partner completes)
10 Sandbag Cleans 150/100lb (alternating between partners)
5.) 1 round
50 4 count Flutter Kicks
1 minute Plank
50 Bicycle Crunches
1 minute Plank
50 Sit-ups
1 minute Plank
50 V-ups
1 minute Plank
