Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 6 Rounds
Push Jerk 1×5 at 73% 1RM
Push Jerk 1×5 at 78% 1RM
Push Jerk 2×3 at 83% 1RM
Push Jerk 2×1 at 88% 1RM

Metcon:
With 2 min on the clock for 5 Rounds
15 Toes to Bar
10 Alt. Overhead Lunges 95/65lbs
Then with remaining time, as many GHD Situps as you can
-Rest 1 min between rounds
-Scale T2B to be done in under 1 min and Lunges to do unbroken easily

Accessory Work:
Every 2 min for 6 Rounds
1×8 Deadlifts at 70%
1×6 Deadlifts at 74%
1×4 Deadlifts at 78%
1×2 Deadlifts at 81%
1×2 Deadlifts at 83%
1×2 Deadlifts at 85%

Mobility:
3 min trap smash per side
3 min lat smash per side
