8 Back Squat at 70%
-This should be kinda hard

Metcon:

5 Rounds
Run 200m with Wallball 20/14lbs
20 Wallball Overhead Walking Lunges 20/14lbs (no resting it on your head!)

Mandatory Mobility:

3 min glute smash per side
3 min hamstring smash per side

Optional Additional/Alternative Work:

Every 2 min for 6 Rounds
5 Strict Pullups
