-Rest 2 mins between rounds
-BAF athletes can choose to row 1x1000m if desired

Metcon:

AMRAP 10
10 Deadlifts 185/125lbs
10 Handstand Pushups
-Scale DL to go unbroken
-BAF athletes can do KB DL and Pushups on floor if needed

Mandatory Mobility:

3 min glute smash per side
3 min delt smash per side

Optional Additional/Alternative Work:

3 rounds for quality
15 Goblet Squats, pick load
Single Leg Wall Sit, 50 secs
