Jerk Dip Hold for 5 secs+3 Push Jerks
-Start at 60% and add load based on feel
-Focus on staying upright with weight in heels for your dip and do the first jerk from that dip hold

40 Double Unders
6 Chest to Bar Pullups
6 Handstand Pushups
-20 min cap

Mandatory Mobility:
