Straight-Legged DL: 12 reps @ 155,205,225,275, and 315#
3x12 Overhead Tricep Extension with an 80# barbell alternating with 5x12 Lying Leg Raises with a 2.5# plate on each Tri-Flexor and 3x12 Preacher Curls with 35# dumbbells / 3x12 Tricep Pushdowns @ 65# alternating with 3x12 Seated Incline Curls with 30# dumbbells / Mowed the lawn for the first time this year :)
