Memorial Day will have limited hours from 7am-Noon on the East side gym only. West gym is closed.
We will be hosting our annual Murph workout that is open to all members and their families! The workout takes around an hour so plan accordingly to make sure you’re done by 12:00pm!

4x13 BOBBR into hips @ 245# alternating with 4x10 Strict GHD Sit-ups with a 65# dumbbell on my chest.
30 degree Incline Bench Press: 10 reps at 95,115,135,165,185, 9 reps @ 195#, then 11 reps of close grip @ 165# / 2x11 45 degree incline chest press with 65# dumbbells, and 2x11 30 degree incline chest press with the same weight / 4x13 Chest Fly @ 45,50,55, and 60# alternating with 4x13 Shrugs @ 235#.
