Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 3 Rounds
5 Strict Press with a 5 second lowering each rep
-Aim to start and end heavier than last week

Strength 2:
15 min to establish 5RM Back Squat

Metcon:
For time
30 Bar Facing Burpees
-EMOM, including the first minute, do 8 Deadlifts at Bodyweight/70% BW
-6 min cap

Accessory Work:
EMOM 12
1: 5-7 Glute Ham Raises
2: 15-20 Unbroken Wallballs 20/14lbs
3: 3 Wall Walks

Mobility:
3 min quad smash per side
3 min hamstring smash per side
