1.) 5 rounds every 2 minutes of 2 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk @ 70%ish

2.) Sneaky Snake 

3 Rounds

50 Double Unders

15 Overhead Squat 95/65lb

Extra credit:

1.) 3 rounds of Snatch Complex:

3 Power Snatch->3 Snatch Push Press->3 Overhead Squat @ 70%, goal is to hold on to bar entire set

2.) Snatch Pull 2 x 3 @90%, 3 x 3 @95%, note: pulls are extension and pull as much as it floats

3.) Back Extension 2 x 6, weighted, hips over middle of pad
