Metcon:

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75/55lbs
Run door to door
60ft Sled Push Level 1

Accessory Work:
Bench Press (4RM)
Work up to a heavy 4 rep for the day, then do 2 drop sets at 90% and 85% of that 4 rep heavy you hit.
3 sets:
10 Bent over barbell rows (heavy, use straps in needed)
10 deficit push ups (use 45# plates)

Mobility:
3 min Lacrosse Ball Trap Smash, per side
