November Youth Athletic Development begins tonight at 5:15pm. If you haven’t yet signed your teen up and would like to you can just bring him or her to the class tonight. Come a few minutes early though, so we can get the waiver filled out.

25 GHD Sit-ups
1:30 Plank
Session 2:
– 5 rounds
5 Muscle Ups
3 Clean 255/175lb
1 Jerk 255/175lb
– 5 x 30/21 cal Assault Bike Sprint
Note: rest 1:1
– Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
3 Snatch Pulls – 1 Power Snatch, starting at 70% adding load each round
