Yikes

Starting in December, we will begin a new strength cycle, as well as testing out repeat workouts from the DragonBall Z Saga, programmed early 2019.

Another fun addition will be Bring A Friend Fridays. If you have a friend that wants to try CrossFit, but wont get up early on a Saturday to come to the free class, this is your chance to get them in the gym!
