Today will be more of a community hype lifting session. Everyone will warm up their starting weight together. The coach will start the 20 min timer 25 minutes into class. Everyone will watch each other lift and cheer one another on. Keep track of total lifts, and finishing time of finding both maxes.
In 20 minutes, establish:
1-rep-max front squat
1-rep-max hang power clean
Mandatory Mobility:
3 min quad smash per side
3 min trap smash per side
Optional Additional/Alternative Work:
