2: Max Unbroken set of Jump Ropes (pick style)
3: 6-10 Double DB Hang Power Snatches, pick weight
4: 5R/5L Single Leg Plate Jumps (jump from one foot and land on one foot), pick height
-If you’re new to single leg jumps, start LOW and work up to a few plates or maybe a low FOAM box.
