Happy Midummer from Helsinki! 🇫🇮 Did Sunday’s programming since I could do most of it in the hotel gym.
EMOM: 15 kg carry, single unders, 12.5 kg double DB hang power snatches, and plate jumps on a lil stack of 2 20 kg plates and 2-3 15 kg plates. AMRAP: no spot for pull-ups, so subbed those for 6 inverted rows, all else RX - didn’t count reps, just moved! 😊
