-Have all of your plates nearby so weight additions are easy
Strength 2:
Every 2:30 for 3 Rounds
8 Back Squats at 74%
Mandatory Mobility:
3 min glute smash per side
3 min delt smash per side
Optional Additional/Alternative Work:
7 Rounds
4 Strict Handstand Pushups
-Rest 1-2 min between sets
-Make deficit if too easy
