Squat Snatch, Pick Weight
-Each of the sets of snatches can have different weights. Your score is the weight of the three barbells loaded together. You must finish the workout in 7 min for the weight to count. Example: Bar one is loaded to 75lbs, bar two is loaded to 85lbs, and bar three is loaded to 95lbs. If the athlete finishes the workout in under 7 minutes, their total is 75+85+95=255lbs. Tiebreak time is when you finish the workout.
