15 Hollow Rock
1 Minute Plank
Session 2:
– Every 3 minutes for 4 rounds 3 Front Squat @ 85%
– 5 rounds every 3 minutes
10 Unbroken Deadlift
20 Push-ups
1 Rope Climb
