Every 2 min for 5 Rounds
5 Overhead Squat @ 75%

Metcon:
20-15-10-15-20
Pistol Squats, alternating
GHD Sit-ups

Accessory Work:
Death by
Burpee box get overs (42/36″)

Mobility:
Roll out quadzzzz for 2-3 min each side (remember to hit a trigger point hold for 7-8 secs and the find another spot)
