For time:
10 dumbbell snatches 50/35lb
15 burpee box jump-overs 24/20”
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
Time cap: 20 minutes
3.) 50-40-30-20-10
ABmat Sit-ups
Bicycle Crunches, alternate knee and opposite elbow
Session 2:
– 5 x 5 Deadlift @ 70%
– EMOM for 10 minutes
Odd: 21/15 cal Assault Bike
Even: 14 Toes to Bar
– 9 minute AMRAP
50 Double Unders
25 WallBalls 20/14lb
