Made the P.Sq a Super Set @ E3M w/: 5 push-ups & 25 AMSU}x6 @#95 -> a few 250 m rows (=1500m), S-PUs(20),dips (20),GHHE (30 w/pause). Later yoga w/ insane ab work.
