Ground Snake

A fun new addition to the CrossFit competition season starts Monday! For any athlete that completed all three of the Open workouts, a next level of fun has arrived – The Community Cup!
This is an opportunity to compete against other athletes in the same relative level as you.
Over the course of next week (M/W/F) we will complete the three Community Cup workouts as part of class.
Log your scores in the CrossFit Games app and see where you stack up against your peers!

Skill/Strength:
Every 2:30 for 5 Rounds
1 Snatch Pull+1 Power Snatch+1 Snatch Pull+1 Power Snatch, unbroken
-Start around 75% PS max and add load based on feel

Metcon:
AMRAP 14
5 Shuttle Runs
5 Bar Facing Burpees
5 Overhead Squats 95/65lbs
-If you can safely do this workout Rx, do it

Mandatory Mobility:
3 min calf smash per side
3 min trap smash per side

Optional Additional/Alternative Work:
Every 2:30 for 5 Rounds
1 Clean High Pull+1 Power Clean+1 Clean High Pull+1 Power Clean+1 Split Jerk
-Start at 70% and add load each round
