Common Ground Snake

A fun new addition to the CrossFit competition season starts Monday! For any athlete that completed all three of the Open workouts, a next level of fun has arrived – The Community Cup!
This is an opportunity to compete against other athletes in the same relative level as you.
Over the course of this coming week (M/W/F) we will complete the three Community Cup workouts as part of class.
Log your scores in the CrossFit Games app and see where you stack up against your peers!

Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 5 Rounds
3 Deadlifts with a 5 sec hold at the top
-Start at 60% and add load each round

Metcon:
12 Rounds
Run 100m
6 Alt. Front Rack Lunges 115/85lbs
-18 min cap
