CrossFit Open 26.3

This Friday the CrossFit Open will close at CrossFit Green Bay!
From 3pm-6:00pm at East Gym we will be running a Friday Night Lights event with action, prizes and tons of fun for our members!
**West Gym will not have 3:30/4:30pm classes for this Friday (West athletes can attend East gym)**
This week’s theme will be Breast Cancer Awareness (Pink)! Wear pink clothes, jewelry, lift with the pink barbell, wear your wife’s pink bra on your head, whatever you need to do to show support for one of the breast things on earth!

Heat 1 needs to start :18 min into class and Heat 2 needs to start with 18 min remaining in class (Ex: H1=5:33, H2=5:57)

For time
2 rounds of
12 burpees over the bar (lay down any angle, touch chest and thighs)
12 cleans (any style), weight 1
12 burpees over the bar
12 thrusters, weight 1 (Tiebreak time:______)
-Then repeat 2 more rounds with weight 2, then (if you make it there) repeat 2 more rounds with weight 3
-16 min cap

Rx’d (Ages 16-54): ♀ 65, 75, 85 lb. ♂ 95, 115, 135 lb
Teenagers 14-15: ♀ 45, 55, 65 lb. ♂ 65, 85, 95 lb
Masters 55+: ♀ 55, 65, 75 lb. ♂ 75, 95, 115 lb
Scaled (Ages 16-54): ♀ 45, 55, 65 lb, may step over barbell ♂ 65, 85, 95 lb, may step over barbell
Scaled Teenagers 14-15, Scaled Masters 55+: ♀ 35, 45, 55 lb, may step over barbell ♂ 55, 75, 85 lb, may step over barbell

Warm Up:
2 rounds
6 Alt. Spidermans
5 Pushups
:30 Bike – moderate
2 Rounds
4 Burpees Over Bar (work on angle and footwork)
5 Power Cleans w/ empty bar
5 Thrusters w/ empty bar
-Then warm up to your first weight for the workout. DO NOT practice weights 2 or 3.
