-Lift safely!
-Don’t repeat current personal record!

Metcon:
12 min AMRAP
100m Run (Door to door only)
1 Chest to Bar Pullup
-Increase C2B reps by 1 each round

Accessory Work:
5 Rounds
30 Sec Plank
30 Sec Superman
10 Abmat Situps

Mobility:
3 min Quad Smash, per side
