15:42 scaled. Started round 1 at 405lbs and it almost ended my life after 3 reps. Was so messed up I had to deload all the way to 325 to be able to lift it. Round 2 at 325, R3 at 345, R4 at 365, R5 at 385.
24 RMU and 160ft HS Walk. Alternated between sets of 6 RMU and 50ft HS walks in 25ft lengths.
