Haven’t done thrusters in 3 months so was happy with this. Should’ve done 95 but felt like shit in the warmup. Also prob should’ve used red band c2b. Thrusters: 4/4/4, 3/3/3, 3/3. C2b and push-ups: 6/6, 5/4, 6.
