Nice job everyone on the Open WOD! If you still need to do or want to squeak out a few more reps on 13.1 we will do it at 2:00pm prior to the team WOD at 3:00pm. If you are all competed and satisfied with your score make sure it is posted by 5:00pm Sunday evening. You will do burpees till you are blue if you’ve signed up and not posted your WOD results
Paintball next Sunday morning, who’s in? We’ll get up a sign up sheet in the lounge
