CrossFit Open WOD 13.4

8:15am free class. Come enjoy the beautiful morning with CFGB
9:15am CrossFit Kids
10:00am CrossFit Open 13.
We will be open until roughly 1pm so get in and get 13.4 done if you’re unable on Easter Sunday. Jake will be opening up on Sunday at 2pm for anyone that feels the need get out of the house on Easter.
On Ramp starts Monday. Talk to a coach tomorrow to get signed up.

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years ol
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below
135 pound Clean and jerk, 3 rep
