Join us this morning for our weekly community workout at 8:15am. ¬†You show up and we’ll serve up some knowledge and some fitness to test your new found knowledge. Lots of words there but long story short come and workout, for free!

25 Deadlift 75/55lb
10 Hang Snatch 75/55lb
10 Strict Press 75/55lb
3.) 2 rounds
30 GHD Sit-ups
15 Dumbbell Sit-ups
Note: Keep arms at full extension, touching ground on bottom, keeping db in front of you finishing with db crossing the knees with a horizontal torso.
