Metcon:
Beginning on a 4 min clock, for 5 Rounds (20 min total) complete:
25 Toes to bar
50 Double Unders
12/10 Ring Muscle ups (scale to pulls+pushes)
-Decrease RMU reps by 2 each round
-If you don’t complete in the four min, start back at the beginning each round
-If completed in under 4 min, you can bank that time for the following round (ex: if you finish round 1 in 3:20, you still have until the 8 min mark to finish the 2nd round)

Accessory Work:
Each for time
Row: 2x2000m
-Rest 3 mins between efforts

Mobility:
3 min shoulder smash per side

C&J up to 285. Highly recommend NOT doing that after the WOD.
