Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 5 Rounds
1 Clean+1 Front Squat+1 Split Jerk
-Start around 70% of limiting movement and add weight each round

Metcon:
4 Rounds
100 Double Unders -1 Wallwalk every time you trip, maximum of 3 WW per set
8 Bar Muscle Ups
-After 4th round, do 50 Cal Bike cashout (sell your soul)
-The 4 rounds have a 12 min cap, then move to the bike cashout

Accessory Work:
Every 2:30 for 5 Rounds
6 Deadstop Bench Press at 60%
-No bouncing off of chest

Mobility:
3 min calf/achilles smash
3 min lat smash
