It was one of those days that I just shake my head and do something. Ring Rows and push ups, then Clean Squats instead of Snatches.
Still moved 10’ forward.

Thanks Selena!! 330 did pullups as mostly sets of 2-3. ring dips = some blue/red band but at least half were unassisted. skipped snatches and did double-under work. Two of my biggest unbroken sets ever!!! no one showed for 430 so Selena volunteered to help with my snatch technique. it still sucks but is improved. thanks coach.
