Community WOD, scaled and half reps since I flew solo ✅
20” box step overs, push ups from knees, 53# KB deadlift, no scaling for row or burpees over row, then a mix of TTB and toes to highest. More good reps of TTB than in Thursday’s WOD, so I had fun and am calling it a win. 🏅
