1 Snatch High Pull+1 Squat Snatch+1 Overhead Squat
-Start at 55% Squat Snatch 1RM and add load each round

Metcon:
30-20-10
Overhead Squats 95/65lbs
-Run 400m after each set of OHS
-15 min cap

Mandatory Mobility:
3 min trap smash per side
3 min calf smash per side

Optional Additional/Alternative Work:
Every 2 min until you fail
