Three-Lined Ground Snake

A fun new addition to the CrossFit competition season starts tomorrow! For any athlete that completed all three of the Open workouts, a next level of fun has arrived – The Community Cup!
This is an opportunity to compete against other athletes in the same relative level as you.
Over the course of this coming week (M/W/F) we will complete the three Community Cup workouts as part of class.
