Holiday Gym Hours:
Christmas Eve – 8am-Noon East gym only. Traditional 12 Days of CrossFitmas workout with rolling schedule. Show up whenever you’d like to get started. West gym closed.
Christmas Day – Both gyms closed
New Year’s Eve – Regular Sunday class schedule
New Year’s Day – East gym open 8am-Noon for any Open Gym activities. West gym closed.

Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 3 Rounds
1 Muscle Snatch+2 Hang Power Snatch
-Start at 50% of your Power Snatch max and add load each round

Strength 2:
EMOM 8
1 Power Snatch
-Start at your ending weight of Strength 1, and add load each round (work quickly and have weights nearby since it’s an EMOM)
