CFGB #2

Today is June 1, 2020 and CrossFit Green Bay is willing and ready to serve anyone that has had enough with mediocre fitness and overall health. If you’re a little hesitant about this whole covid thing CrossFit Green Bay has 10,000 sq.ft. of fresh air thanks to our 4 overhead doors. Lots of space and great coaching just for our members every day. Today is a great day to become one of those members of CFGB. On Ramp begins this morning at 7:15am and this evening as well at 7:15pm, call, email or just show up.

Have a great Monday.

1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 3 Snatch from Hang, drop and reset each rep
note: start light and add load each round working up to approx 75%
2.) CFGB #2
Nitro
10 rounds
100m shuttle run(10m)
5 Burpees over box 30/24″
5 power snatch 115/85lb
*3.) Every 2:30 for 5 rounds 4 Front Squat @ 70%
*4.) Deadlift 20 reps @ 70% in least amount of sets and rest as possible
*5.) 10 min EMOM
Odd: 3 muscle ups
Even: 10 GHD Sit-ups
