Ground Zero

Community Workout back in session again this Saturday. Bring yourself and anyone else that wants to get a great free workout! Saturday morning 8:15am.

Have a great Thursday and don’t put that bar down today.

1.) Every 2:30 for 3 rounds 3 Cleans @ 75%

Then 

Every 2:30 for 2 rounds 2 Cleans @ 80%

2.) Ground Zero 

3 Rounds

15 UB Thrusters 105/65lb

15 Toes to Bar

Thrusters can be rested in front rack position or locked out above head, if rested anywhere else start over at zero.

Extra credit:

1.) Jerk Behind the Neck (hold split 3 sec) – 3 x 3 @ 75%, 2 x 2 @ 80%

2.) Back Squat – Every 45 seconds complete 2 reps @ 70% for 6 rounds

3.) Snatch Deadlift – 100% (of snatch) x 5, 2 x 5 @ 105%
