30# dp, 24” step overs, burpees and devils press without lowering to the ground. Stood around after rd 1 for a bit thinking it was an EMOM 🥴 Complex at supa light weight @ 70# 1 clean, 3 split jerk every round. First day back in 3 wks!! Good to be back!
